How to Render 360 Panorama in Blender (360 Rendering in Blender Tutorial)

If anyone is having trouble finding the equirectangular panorama option, go to render properties and change render engine from eevee to cycle.

Wouldn't the resolution be 1:1 because it is stereo? Vs 2:1 which is monoscopic correct? Could be wrong, but that was what I've read online about the differences.

Hi, it's a great tutorial, thank you. But I have a problem - seams appear in the panorama which ruin the effect. I tried different render settings, they are still there. Google was of no help. Any ideas how to fix this?
