What's a good response if someone asks "How did you get my number?"
ОтветитьBrandon be my mentor for a full month hard body !!!! Please
ОтветитьAlejandro you're good man. Calm and keeping going.
Ответить“Commission Breath” 😂
ОтветитьBrandon do you have a set weekly follow up plan for the absentee owners?
Ответитьwow it was nice to hear the trainee make mistakes and still be able to get a meeting. That was awesome.
ОтветитьBrandon, aren't FSBO the same as absentee owners?
ОтветитьWhat are you using to make your calls? Like hoe do you find absentee owners and what not
ОтветитьBrandon, any thoughts on contact ration between cell vs landline?
ОтветитьWhat are you sending in your weekly email
ОтветитьMany property owners numbers come up as DNC. Do you call them anyway? I know someone who does, with success. I’m inclined to not get in trouble.
ОтветитьTOTALLY AWESOME VIDEO!
ОтветитьAwesome video. I notice you are not asking for the owner by name, is there a reason for this strategy or do you only have the phone numbers?
ОтветитьI don’t think using the clients name first is a good idea in my opinion . Sometimes people think they might be in trouble etc I reckon introduce your self first and the company you working for will give them abit of comfort.
ОтветитьGreat video!! When utilizing a dialer (I use Mojo), do you ever have an issue with the phone number showing up on the receiving end?
ОтветитьHi! I just saw this video and now prospecting Absentee owners. What information do you send them regarding the value of the neighborhood? A CMA or just general information on the neighborhood? Great video too, thank you!
Ответитьawesome stuff right there!!!
ОтветитьThe biggest hurdle to overcome with absentee owner properties for me has been losing the listing to the property manager often times. It’s been quite frustrating when I’m the one that gets the owner interested in getting the property sold and they turn around and list with their property managers 🤦♂️
ОтветитьBrandon you said exactly what I was thinking he stayed calm he was focused and was just setting his sights on nailing an appointment. He seems like a lot of fun to work with. Another great video I'm loving your basic down to earth sales approach because I've been in sales a lot of years and it's all about relationships and if they like you they will buy from you and stay loyal. Thank you
ОтветитьBrian, may I ask where he got the absentee owner list and what CRM he is using with The dealer in it?
Ответитьwhere do you find absentee owners list
ОтветитьWhat do you do when someone that you dialed calls you back but you don't remember who they were and what property they owned?
Ответить@Brandon Mulrenin This is so inspiring! Do you find that Single Family Res are more likely to convert than MultiFamily units? I ask as I identify my target neighborhoods
ОтветитьGreat job Alex!! Thank you Brandon for the confidence
ОтветитьI’m a Realtor in Miami-Dade, my biggest fear is the rejection when I call expired, Fsbo and owners absentee. But I’m following you! I saw your videos and inspired me to call.
ОтветитьI noticed that he is with Coldwell Banker. Just confirming that they don’t give the tools agents really need to be successful. Brandon is really making a mark on the industry.
ОтветитьGot a question. So you spend half of your day making the calls, and the other half redacting the emails? Or do you outsource that?
Ответить👍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьI'm stocked for this guy!
ОтветитьYou get the leads from where?
ОтветитьThis was good! Would you recommend me as a new realtor who has no experience at all, to focus on absentees only? I have a good feeling about it and feel like I should focus on this lead source mainly.
ОтветитьAlejandro Cuartas - You Nailed It!!!
ОтветитьThe cold has nothing to do with people leaving New York. No one in their right mind wants to live in any place run by Democrats!
ОтветитьIf im not a realtor can i say i work with a group of investors?
ОтветитьDude, you need to do this again. Live Cold Calls. This is my morning routine. Watch you call absentees, then I call absentees. Like clockwork. Every single day
ОтветитьI know you use Volcan seven that tells you do not call what happens if you get list with everything on them even the do not call would you still call them really selling them anything you’re just offering them a service
ОтветитьSo happy for him!!! Omg awesome!!! Now ur pumped!! Best of luck to you & thx for sharing
ОтветитьDo you leave voice mails a lot?
ОтветитьI have a question Brandon... What happens if you call the absentee owner and they didnt answer and call you back later in the day. What do you say to them when you dont have the address or information of the property in your hand?
ОтветитьI can't believe this is for FREE
GREAT STUFF
I get absentee owners from RedX and it’s absolutely terrible.
I made 500 phone calls and not a single mofo was an absentee owner or even the right contact info.
Wtf should I use and is it actually a better source?
I loved Alex's face after the first appointment. Great job!!!
ОтветитьAt some point she'll sell...could be 50 years from now... yes let's get her email and send spam. Sounds like a great prospecting method 😮
ОтветитьDid you ever end up selling that man’s house?
ОтветитьBrandon you should check out Anna Maria Island
ОтветитьHow do you get numbers for the absentee owners?
ОтветитьYou rock! Would you, or is it possible as a realtor/ allowed, to pay someone a "bird dog" fee for doing the cold calling for you, the realtor?
ОтветитьHow do u guys keep track of these calls? Like. On excel spreadsheet or is there a particular app or system wholesalers use. Sorry if dumb question new to this!
ОтветитьAre you prospecting absentee owners?
Ответить
