Odd that I ran across this video, for it's not part of my interest because I've moved past this long ago. Everything starts in the mind. Beliefs are the beginning of one's attitudes and behaviors. These are manifested from the inside. A few good tips here. However, one's Spiritual growth is priority. Nurturing one's Soul, determines much! Without Spirit/Soul care, all is lost. Hopefully, one internalizes the positive.

everytime i see a black women doing these type of videos , they all have straight hair and it's abvious that it's not their real hair texture so my question as a person with black feautures and african hair is can we look elegant , level up with curly /afro hair ?
