I love the Polynesian cultural center. It’s owned and operated by the Mormon church. They wanted to preserve the beautiful cultures and customs of the islands for all to experience.

The Polynesian center appears incredibly built up since I visited ages ago. The boat rides, waterfalls, that main entrance bldg, I don’t remember any of that. It used to be much more ramshackle. Really, all I remember was a guy teaching us how to pronounce Samoa : Saaaah-moah. ;).

My husband and I were in Hawaii in 2017. We did a 2 week, 4 Island tour. It has been fun seeing your videos of the places you and your mom have gone. We loved the culture center. Thanks for sharing with all of us.

Straight forward: I am disapointed. World herritage is not a themepark. Loving you and mom having a good time. But if this is Hawaii, wat a fail.

Oh wow the Polynesian Cultural Centre is an incredible place! Definitely has a feel of World Showcase but more immersive. Could easily move into one of those huts. Really makes you feel better on a rainy, dull day in the UK.🦋
