Thank you for all this info. Just what I was looking for
ОтветитьEtsy is awfull and closes legit accounts whule keeping fake ones on ... too many scamers in there they dont even know who is legit anymore.. bots just can't
ОтветитьI like the way that you rate everything business model on three different category. It really is very practical and easy to understand
ОтветитьI cannot believe people would pay 10 bucks for a resume template, there are so many free ones online!
ОтветитьI think the rates are a little bit messed up and confusing
ОтветитьI think your star ratings are inverted, i.e. higher startup costs or the more specialized the skill required should get lower stars.
ОтветитьThank you, great video 💕
ОтветитьAll these onlines shops take too high a cut of sales.
Not only that, but while they may start out for DIY people, they almost always lax the rules and get flooded with cheap Chinese stuff. And somehow the Chinese and Indians can ships their items to us for pennies, while it costs us dollars to get an envelope the in the same state.
I love your videos! So inspiring! Thank you!!!
ОтветитьYou are an inspiration !
ОтветитьYes, the barrier to entry is low. But as somebody who has been succesful with dropshipping (not etsy), I thinkk in these type of businesses you have to redefine your definition of barrier. If in Etsy, you redefine the "barrier to entry" to reasearching the right niche/getting good at SEO/descriptions/listing consistingly every day during many many weeks, kindling your customer service, getting better at your designs, analytis, until you start to see meningful results, and then be patient and disciplined enought to maybe wait a year or so to actually have a succesulful business that you can live on, which I think is a more realistic description of the business model, well then I think one should say the "barrier of entry is low" with many caveats....and I am not saying this in a negative way, on the contrary...
ОтветитьSuper interesting and diverse ideas, and I really appreciated your commentary on each one. However, your use of the 5-star system was very confusing because you used it in two different ways. Typically a 5-star system is for rating something according to satisfaction or "worst to best" but you used it as a sliding scale of "low to high" for Startup Costs and Skills Required, while sticking to the traditional "sucks to excellent" rating for Passiveness criteria. It made for a confusing metric when trying to evaluate and compare visually.
ОтветитьDo you have a video explaining how to set up a shop on Etsy?
ОтветитьHOLY smokes. PaperEmporiumCo has DOUBLED it's sales in the last 10 months (since this video was created). They are not at 87,000+ sales. Crazy.
ОтветитьLove your content but don't know if I fully agree about your ratings for the digital assets. As a professional designer, using a tablet to "just" draw something is really not that easy. Same with the IG icons. There's a ton of set up required and knowledge of file formats, explanation of assets, use cases, etc.
Ответитьyou look cute :)
ОтветитьOMG I’m at 1000140 views 🥶🥶🥶🥶
Ответитьi am 14 years old and i asked my parents to open etsy store with their name and they said ok and it is my first day i have sold 15.99$ i am sure i will make more money if i watch this video
