ОтветитьMy chiroprator said my left leg was qute a bit shorter than my left leg and show the difference in the x-rays by my pelvic being highter on the left side. He gave me a heel lift to put on my left side. Years ago a chiropractor I worked for also gave me a heel lift and Foot Levelers. Why don't most chiropractors don't know what you are saying and have you put the heel lift on the short side??? I will change the lift to the right side, what you say makes sense.

I hope you still look at the comments on your old videos. Do you have any suggestions on doing this alone? Is it sufficient to tie something around your own ankle and pull?

ОтветитьWhat about if several fractures have left you with a shorter leg? You have to have a heel lift 'cos nothing will lengthen the shorter leg, right?

ОтветитьThe left leg is shown to be the one that is short. He says stretch the long leg, but actually pulls and stretches the left short leg. Or am I missing something here?
ОтветитьI dont agree with it, some people truely have a short leg due to short bone in one leg or pelvic area and it will not go bcz its not a musle issue, its a bone issue and for that only heel lift works or bone surgery to reduce length of longer leg.

ОтветитьWow! I'm going to try this! I hope it works because I've been using orthotics that were adjusted by 3/4 of an inch . My back seems to be bothering me over the years & now I'm wondering if it's my orthotics??? I was told I have scoliosis. Will this help me?????
ОтветитьAnybody watching this, check to make sure whether your problem is anatomical or functional. Lay on your back, bend your knees, and line your feet us at the heel. Then put something flat on your knees. If it's slanted, you do actually have an anatomically short leg, and all these back and hip exercises won't help you.

Berg question you say that the twolegs would even out. what my leg cannot be evened out I had five total knee replacement and the last surgery there was a fracture so they had to cut the bone so it left me half an inch shorter on my right leg so I cannot walk evening I'm not balanced to walk there is no way that I can get the right leg to straighten out to match the left leg so can you clarify this because of my right leg is two inches shorter and the bone has been cut so there's nothing to match up with the left leg how do I get that done I have not been able to walk properly for The last 5 years. so this is conflicting to me so can you clarify please thank you
