I can tell you, Through 2025, Paramount will have 2 good movies a year, and 3 flops. But they are the first Studio to move away from preaching to the audience. Indiana Jones will flop hard, The 2 Impossible movies will make millions. But they are also releasing sequels that are going to flop hard. 2 'A Quiet Place' movies, 2 Transformer movies, and sonic sponge-bob and smurfs that will probably break even. Hollywood has still not relearned how to make a good movie consistently.

Note that Buffet and Munger had little good to say about Paramount, indicating that one of his managers was more likely the one to wade into Paramount. I can ask him at the Annual Shareholder fest but I'm pretty sure he didn't buy this stock.

I believe these ratings are based on the next three months so the info maybe useless to a long term investor. I don't fully get the Zacks Research platform predictions yet. couple of really bad picks there.. i.e., SFIX is down 75% since its inception and on the verge of bankruptcy just like caravan and BB&Beyond
JELD has never gone up as well.. down 60% since its inception in 2017
There's a reason these companies are down 60-70% so no one should be rushing to jump in a sinking boat

Can I ask - I notice that you talk of the valuation of MPW in terms of its Price to FFO ratio. I've been advised by others that the appropriate metric to use for such a REIT would actually be Price to AFFO, because this takes CapEx into account.

What would you say to this? Is there a reason I am unaware of that you would use FFO instead of AFFO here?

AMD and NVDA are both in massive bubbles as shown by the P/E ratio. Price is way high for each dollar earned. Possible company growth is already baked into the price of the stock. Both are due for a market correction in an impressive bubble pop. I sold INTC in the tech bubble with the P/E near 30 as that was too high for me. At less than 1/2 the price it sold for, the P/E just under 15 indicates the earnings has not had any substantial growth. Again the biggest growth with AMD and NVDA is the stock price sending the P/E over 199, an insane price.
