How to transfer a domain name to Namecheap

Suppose to transfer ownership domain from squarespace to NameCheap. I already received an invitation via email but
There's no option for 'NameCheap' in the dropbox in squarespace to be able to transfer :(

i transfer domain a new email id. process is not completed. still i am not getting cpanel show. 36 hours have passed

You guys charge if some one is transferring his domain from other host to namecheap?
