What is your opinion on four me condos in Scarborough vs Vupoint condos in Pickering. Looking for a 1 bedroom to rent out. The prices are said to be similar, but in terms of appreciation that area of Pickering seems to have a lot of upcoming development. Trying to see which condo project to invest in. Want to sell it 10-15 years down the road. Where would your rather buy?

If 416 is gonna have this inclusion zoning, definitely will drive up the price. Are you seeing it will drive up the rental rate in 416 as well, just for the benefits of those 10% affordable units to be included? Owner always pass the cost to the renters. Ultimately renters suffers.
