People, 3% hydrogen peroxide is what you need!

It gave me the chance to speak to people without worrying about the smell of my breath.

*how to know the actual smell of your breath? Lick the back of your hand and let it dry, then, smell it.

1) Floss
2) rinse
3) gargle hydrogen peroxide for 30-45secs (3% solution don't dillute. It is very safe, you don't have to worry)
4) don't rinse yet, brush your teeth throughly
5) rinse throughly
6) repeat steps 3-5 and I guarantee you! You'll have your best day not worrying on bad breath


*You can do this 2-3 times a week, or if you feel that you don't need it, feel free to stop

It makes sense though because alcohol containing mouthwashes is like nuking your mouth. Kills everything including onions, garlic, tobacco, fish and my taste buds. But it seems like its not worth the nuclear fallout lol

Thanks! I worked in various aspects of Dental for many yrs. It's surprising to find how many people don't use proper brushing technique and don't brush long enough. It's recommend we brush for 2 minutes, twice daily and floss between meals. You may have some type of oral condition that requires a rx mouthwash. For example: You may be prescribed a periodontal mouthwash for periodontal disease. The majority of people have at least some mild gingivitis. It may be necessary to do a subgingival cleaning by a hygienist. Thanks again and all good advice.
