I’m a beginner guys welcome me to the field I’m in class as we speak lol
ОтветитьWork speed 0.05x
ОтветитьI just want to know what country this is because in England, we get paid pennies compared to £100 an hour doing way more work in short period of time and just as or better quality I’m a fabricator and fitter I do stainless polished handrails
Ответитьwhat is that knee seat you got there id love to get that for my dad hes 70 still working hard
ОтветитьCool 😎
ОтветитьI will be forever grateful to you, you changed my whole life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear that you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small Investment, thank you Citadel Moore you're such a life saver.
ОтветитьI love how honest you are about your fees and expenses.. I love how honest you are about your fees and expenses..
ОтветитьThat was not a small job at all. A fabricator is going to be doing about thirty percent welding and seventy percent fabricating.
Ответитьi`m just thinking that maximum 2 hours work takes 2 days . is it any challenge to use every single tools ?
Ответитьyou need a dial remote that mounts on the torch, get rid of that peddle bro. youre welcome
Ответить> TFW no welding machine (other than a sh*tty little S7 welder)
> TFW no ability to do small jobs
I didn’t realize work like this is so expensive. Thank God I can do this type work myself lol!
ОтветитьYou're phenomenal bro.
ОтветитьGreat work and thanks for sharing
ОтветитьI've always wanted to work for myself as a welder/fabricator. With everything being so expensive with the startup (maybe I'm just over seeing what I'd need). What do you think in funds would be needed to start a company like this? Love the step by step processes you show, along side with explaining prices, self value, and expenses.
ОтветитьAverage onsite price from a business licensed welder starts at $100 for a green inexperienced on site welder or retired.I charged $325 man hours door to door plus consumables, hazardous waste fee not to mention material cost. There's so much that goes into the on-site welding game
ОтветитьWhere did u get the wheel move stool???
ОтветитьDefinitely seems like a fair price. Nice work.
ОтветитьThank you for the motivation. I been doing tig welding for more than ten years for someone else. I need to put up my own business. Thank you
Ответитьturn the pedal sideways and just squeeze ur legs together lightly
ОтветитьWelding saved my my life
ОтветитьWelders are so full of crap they get a welder they think theirs the only ones with a welder . When the work for a real contractor they get paid well 20 to 35 bucks an hour and I’m fine with that . But do you know how much welding a person can do in an hour ? Better be a lot or he so T work their long. So when some one brings you something that takes 10 mins to weld do t charge them 150 bucks .
ОтветитьAre you a licensed welder or don’t need a license?
ОтветитьIf you got a problem with what i send USE YOUR FUCKING BLOCK BUTTON
Ответитьits kinda hard :<
ОтветитьSooo from what I can see, you robbed them
ОтветитьSeems like a rip off 100 bucks an hour , 300buk workshop use
ОтветитьPut a remote trigger on your weld machine.
Ответить👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
ОтветитьIf I was a taxi driver and charged passengers £200 because my taxi is a Ferrari. Don't punish customers for your fancy tools
ОтветитьI found it amusing when you were talking about "non ideal" position to weld in. I was just reminiscing about the days when I was pipe welding building ethanol refineries having to wrap my body between small pipes, on my back, and needed to weld with a mirror. I'd take the positions you were welding in any day, and I'm not discounting what you're saying in the least. Also, nice work on the pre-fab items to make the field fit much easier!
ОтветитьWork looks good, should try out thumb control. I gave up on a Tig pedal years ago and haven't looked back
Ответитьamazing.. ..although the second weld i wouldve preweld the left instead and work the railing stationed on the right.
ОтветитьTo bad I make a min of 2400 a day with my semi
ОтветитьElectrizity?
Ответить1,000 but over 15,000 in equip
ОтветитьQuite a bit for that job in my area.
Ответить2K in two days is not good. Bid your jobs, Don't do T&M. You're screwing yourself. I would not be happy making only $1,000.00 per day!
ОтветитьI can definitely tell you are paid by the hr
ОтветитьGet rid of the pedal and scratch start if position is an issue
ОтветитьAfter tax etc he's crying like every other welder lol
ОтветитьIt can use a laser cutting machine without any polishing. Hahaha, it only takes 3 minutes to finish.
ОтветитьMetalworking is boring as can be to me. I would gladly pay $1200 for me to not have to care about any of this. Welding was the most boring thing I’ve ever done in my life. Zero interest.
ОтветитьA lot of financial raping histories here.
ОтветитьHe said $300 dollar a day for 7 days a week?
That comes out to $2100 a week, but most of us would rather work a 5 day work week, so it should be $420 a day for 5 days.
I.m a new welder and ,to do all you did ,take's time and good equipment ,and know how , so yes you have to charge accordingly ,plus you did a really nice job ,thanks
ОтветитьHonest tradesman already know; the tools and skills of the trade are there for your benefit. Not to overcharge! But at least you're not a crooked car mechanic trying to upsell.
