Guided Meditation for Love/Relationship Healing Meditation **POWERFUL! **

This is really really powerful and amazing meditation video. Whenever I listen to this recording, I am immediately filled with love. I now realize that when we imagine unconditional love for other person, it actually opens our own heart. Thank you sooooo much for sharing this. Its really a blessing in my life.

I want to express my experience with this meditation.

As I sent him my unconditional love and acceptance, I imagined him hugging me tight around my waist, with his face buried in my chest. He was sobbing. Crying and letting out years worth of pain, anger and frustration.

Mind you, he’s not the type to be emotional or express his emotions at all.

Then I saw his inner child. He turned into his child self. I petted him, and gave him a lollipop.

Then I saw his angry teenage self. I tried to comfort that part of him as well.

But what stuck to me was seeing his child self. I wanted to protect him like he was my own child. It made me so sad, seeing him so weak and defenceless.

Just gonna write my experience. If anybody has an idea on deciphering this that’s welcome.

Couldn’t focus fully, kept getting random thoughts, thinking about myself not being able to focus and how I might mess it up or something.
Got images of meeting them in a garden forest setting and being embraced being told “it’s ok, everything will be fine”. Eventually went to a white glowing room? Had some light connecting us like a line?? Had a quick montage of memories with the light. Saw us but irl. Me as I was in my bed and them in their place? Saw same light being connected like a rainbow but white. Also saw a black heart necklace? It also got the light but unsure if it was before or after the above^. Number 56 showed up, idk what that means. Felt like crying with parts involving them interacting with me for some reason?

Is it working if it makes you cry uncontrollably,, i miss him so much it’s like we aren’t even dating anymore he forgets to text me he does f even asks me about my day angmore I just want it to be norma again I’m so pissed off at him for doing this but I’m trying to be patient because he’s busy but why can’t he spend time on me like k do him it just hurts writing this right now I’m crying f so hard

Me and my partner have been having some relationship issues so we did this meditation together, laying down in our bed and holding hands. I couldn't stop crying... Very overwhelming for me.

Me and my boyfriend had a argument two nights ago we said something we didn't mean because we were upset.. He blocked me from talking to him... I did this meditation tonight.. Even tho I couldn't fully vision my boyfriend I feel and know it went through to him... And I know in my heart he will be back talking to me.. And I'm going to do it for more nights.. Today I had a really bad fight with my spouse..it's been two years since we got married and from the very first day I have been struggling alot and praying for his love.. he threw me out number of times.. but even though I hoped things will get better. Every thing was going well but today again we had a fight I still hope things will get better for me.. and after listening to this meditation I feel calm.. I don't know why I cried when I imagined his happy face.. but it feels good.. thank you for this video.. I desire to have happy and loving relationship with my husband..
