The girl in the photo is 박초롱초롱빛나리( Chorong chorong bitnari Park) a victim of a child kidnapping. The victim of this gang rape was justly never revealed publicly for her protection. But if you are gonna make money off of this story at least pay some respect to the victims who are relevant and irrelevant of the case you are covering. Your video is outright misleading and pays no attention to facts.

It's really not a great look for the South Korean authorities. It is also hard to believe that the police have improved much since these crimes happened when the system is all about sucking up, getting promotions and not making waves.

I have to say the justice system is much better these days probably because of this. I was sexually assaulted in Korea Busan in broad day light and followed home and I was offered female officers and I had to sign paper confirming I was offered all females in my case and they even sent off my clothes for finger prints. My bf made sure the man was prosecuted because foreigners like me receive a lot of sexual assault sadly, and this by far wasn’t the first time for me. However the man is set to go to trial soon! I doubt he will get a big punishment but it’s promising that his reputation will be damaged before and he will have a record which will make it ridiculously hard for him ever to have a successful career again. Which is very much his karma
