To make that look more like a Hobit house, you should use round windows and doors, and make them earth tone. The outside should be totally in greens and browns.
Using bb.moveobjects on, it is entirely possible to have windows on any wall, including basement outside walls. A basement can be larger than the floor above without causing any clipping of the ground.
So, on top of the hill, place a small platform. Build everything as basement. At worst, the basement will cause the ground to bulge upward.

How do u get like inside the house?

Maybe even a Teletubbies Mansion in the hills

I've been trying to build my parent's house in the sims for ages and your roof trick is soooo so good! That little chunk of empty land always bothers me so much. I'll have to try this when I next attempt it!

I think it should have been with kitchen and living spaces at the front, so you could enjoy the nature and wiew more. And the bedrooms in the back, where you go to sleep and not need to have a nice wiew.
