Add a little cumin, you won't regret it 😊
ОтветитьMe. I can’t stand it 😢
ОтветитьBut don't you KNOW the texture SHOULD be slightly granular.
Do NOT toss the cooking water
DO NOT use bicarb.
Soak over night
Cook till tender (takes ages)do not add salt till end
Make sure some liquid remains
You need to add some Tahini garlic lemon juice and olive oil.

ОтветитьYay made it! Yum
ОтветитьI've never had good luck with tahini, too bitter, I always substitute sesame oil.
ОтветитьSkin is good
ОтветитьThank you for the recipe! Which burner do you use please?
ОтветитьArab food still fail need more lemon
ОтветитьHate hummus but I love chana masala
Ответитьcumin's missin :)
ОтветитьI like eating hummus with raw carrot sticks or celery sticks..
ОтветитьThat skin is a wonderous meal for gut microbiome. Rather have that in instead of silky smooth
ОтветитьNo olive oil in the blend?
Ответить✡️ : Khummus 🧐 khamas 🙀 you support khamas 😱
ОтветитьAudio engineer took the day off
ОтветитьThe only way to make it
ОтветитьEven hummus has been stolen by the Zionists thieves.
Palestine WILL BE FREE from Zionist occupation! 💚🇵🇸
I love this appetizer but not with nacos. I prefer pita bread or naan bread or arabic breads
ОтветитьFantastic and yummy !!
Ответитьalso needs a touch of cumin
ОтветитьUnion Jack Hummus???? Controversial
ОтветитьI will try this chef. I thought it needs olive oil as well…
ОтветитьI’m allergic to sesame (tahini) so I’ve never tasted humus 😂 but Im going to make it without the tahini because everyone buzzed of it and I’m sick of missing out 😂😂😂
ОтветитьI add cubes ice instead of cold water. I also mix in olive oil towards the end of the blending.
ОтветитьPerfection! People do too much by using excessive amount of olive oil. Oil is not a heath food! 🌷
ОтветитьExcellent

ОтветитьBest trick ever; put some oil on your finger and put around the top of the pan.. stops it from boiling over!
Ответитьand CUMİNN İn original recipe
ОтветитьLove love love humans
ОтветитьCorrection: if soaking your own chickpeas boil them for 15 minutes. Only do 5 minutes if you start with canned.
ОтветитьNo canned food is nasty full of chemical added things better cook and frozen in bags
ОтветитьMan I just HATE chickpeas. I’ve tried them several times. I’m not exactly sure what the taste is that I don’t like but I hate the texture. The texture is like crunchy-creamy but taste wise is lacking any sweetness and it’s straight earth with barely any nut flavor at all. I wish I liked them cause I’ve made some AMAZING dishes that were ruined because I couldn’t force myself to like the chickpeas
ОтветитьJust made this with my blender since I don’t have a food processor and it came out great! Tastes better than Sabra!😋
ОтветитьWhats thahini?
ОтветитьWhat would happen if you freeze the chickpeas just before you put them in your foodprocessor ?
ОтветитьI’m Arab and I approve this hummus recipe
ОтветитьThis man might as well learn the dabke next.
ОтветитьAs an Arab, we claim him.
ОтветитьThis is Morrocon dish
ОтветитьI have seen people buy chocolate hummus
ОтветитьAndy this looks so good
Ответитьחסר פטרוזיליה וקצת גרגרי חומוס מעל
ОтветитьChunky hummus >>>
ОтветитьOr don't discard the chickpea juice. We call that aquafaba and it's a good egg white substitute if you don't feel like throwing out half an egg.
ОтветитьNooo... You put garlic... You're not supposed to put garlic
ОтветитьWhere do you buy bicarb soda please? Is that baking soda in the states, or a different substance?
ОтветитьMe. I hate hummus. I can’t stand the texture.
