ОтветитьWhat about passion fruit?
ОтветитьMUY interesante!!!
ОтветитьDidn't know that pistachios had melatonin in them. That's great as I really like them.
ОтветитьThese videos are SO great and helpful! Please keep them coming! :-)
ОтветитьI am taking your advice, but will miss peanuts and cashews!! :-)
ОтветитьYou forgot to mention that brazil nuts are heavily full of pesticides. Only buy organic
ОтветитьI always grind the flax. Soak them over night and you'll get this slimy stuff. You can put that on your organic non. GMO roll rolled oats. But I do not have round up in it. I got some really nice.
Rolled oats from Costco. And they do not include round up the best.I've seen yet. They are sprouted. This is for those who can not give up their rolled oats.
My favorite is Hazelnut!
ОтветитьLignan? Isnt estrogenic?

Also i soak raw almonds overnight and peel off the skins and rinse well, then i make my own almond milk. How would this rate?
Unfortunately, he put pumpkin seeds in the F group 😢
ОтветитьSquirrel nuts...
ОтветитьMy favorite nut lately has been cashews and I have been eating a lot of them. This video has educated me on my folly and I will be switching to pistachios. Thank you for explaining things so well.
ОтветитьTotally love these tier lists! I have a question about the best nuts without oxalates. I have a terrible issue with kidney stones and was using almond milk but saw they are high in the oxalates. I switched to cashew nuts for the low oxalates. Now your list says cashew nuts are bad. Can you give me a suggestion for a good nut for both gut health and low oxalates?
ОтветитьPumpkin seeds are considered beneficial for human health, particularly in their role as a natural remedy against parasites. Here’s how they work:
1. Anti-Parasitic Properties
Cucurbitacin: Pumpkin seeds contain a compound called cucurbitacin, which is believed to paralyze parasites, particularly intestinal worms like tapeworms and roundworms. This paralysis prevents the worms from holding onto the walls of the intestines, allowing them to be expelled from the body during bowel movements.
Fiber Content: The high fiber content in pumpkin seeds helps promote regular bowel movements, which may aid in the expulsion of parasites.
2. Nutrient-Rich
Zinc and Magnesium: Pumpkin seeds are rich in zinc and magnesium, which are essential for immune function. A stronger immune system can help the body fight off parasitic infections more effectively.
Antioxidants: They also contain antioxidants like vitamin E and other phytonutrients that support overall health and may help protect against infections.
3. Other Health Benefits
Heart Health: The healthy fats, fiber, and antioxidants in pumpkin seeds support cardiovascular health.
Blood Sugar Regulation: They may help regulate blood sugar levels, thanks to their low glycemic index and magnesium content.
Prostate Health: Pumpkin seeds are often recommended for supporting prostate health due to their high zinc content.
Thank you these videos are amazing. I really appreciate the help. God bless.
ОтветитьY- stick those pecans on a D- they’re not only lurking with lectins but they’re quite expensive too
ОтветитьAlmonds- to remove the skin you don’t need to boil them only if you’re in a hurry; otherwise soak them in cold water for few hours and check by pinching the tail and see if they pop up.
I soak mine with walnuts overnight
BYW Dr Gundry, I stay away from flax because I’ve learned that it’s a big oestrogen mimicker and I’m in the menopause stage so last thing I want is messing up with my oestrogen. Don’t I want my oestrogen boosted? My body knows how to convert my body fat into oestrogen and that’s
enough for me
Just don't overdo anything 🇬🇧💯❤️👍🌎🙏
ОтветитьI learned to late allergic to almonds. Now I wonder if should avoid all nuts, so I do. Any comments?
ОтветитьI have allergy to almonds. I would purchase Dr. Gundry nutrition bars made from macadamia nuts if not allergies affects. Yes/no is there a big difference between almonds and macadamia nuts??
ОтветитьMost of S and A are not available for me, and i am consuming all F nuts thinking they are healthy
ОтветитьI’m going the macadamias way for weight gain
Ответитьhow about fennel seeds?
ОтветитьInteresting about chia seeds. Peanuts whenever I had them as a kid I got sick. A very informative video
ОтветитьWonderful video! TY Dr. Gundry for this information, I will be applying it asap! 😊
ОтветитьHazelnut butter is my fave.
ОтветитьAre Palm Kernel nuts and oil healthy ?
ОтветитьSuper interesting!
ОтветитьI really appreciate and enjoy your informative videos. What can you tell me about the concern for lectins in organic sprouted pumpkin and sunflower seeds that I've seen at Costco. I heard sprouting helps to remove or deactivate the lectins. If so are pumkin and sumflower seeds otherwise beneficial?
ОтветитьMust have salt
ОтветитьPecan nuts are s tier with tons of sugar 😂😅
Ответитьall of them are the orinal food given by God its
all healthy
Thank you, Dr. Gundry, for the wonderful presentation!
ОтветитьThank you thank you thank you, Dr.!!! I'm going to follow your advice!!! 👍👍👍👍👍❤
ОтветитьMy favorite nut was a cashew. It is now Pistachios. I also have acquired a taste for walnuts.
ОтветитьI buy organic, sprouted pumpkin seeds, where I have read the sprouting process helps to remove or deactivate most (if not all) the nasty lectins. I normally consume 2-3 brazil nuts, pishachios, hazelnuts and pecans. It looks like I need to 24 hour soak the pecans to remove the lectins based upon your phenomenal video!
ОтветитьFor individuals with IBS, how beneficial is it to pressure cook the nuts and seeds (10 minutes) to deactivate 100% of lectins?
Research shows pressure cooking for 20 minutes for fava beans and 5 minutes for lentils at a minimum deactivates 100% of lectins, so I'm extrapolating to nuts and seeds. This way individuals with IBS have a primary weight-gain component to their diet if they need to gain weight: cooked nuts and seeds.
Let me know your thoughts, wizard Gundry.
Bruh where is hemp seeds?
Ответитьi am a big nut fanatic and for many years i have been eating nuts everyday along with peanuts with absolutely no issues. My absolute fave is the unsalted pistachio from wonderful pistachio . Well yum
ОтветитьYou should do one based on seeds
ОтветитьOr do one based on dressings
