Excellent. Subscribed. Delightfully irreverent. You’re a whole lot younger than me, but far more experienced in filmmaking. I wish you well.
ОтветитьWhy the fuck am i only finding this channel now ? i feel like i missed out.
ОтветитьLove your freaking humor, dude!
ОтветитьThis is great man thank you👊
Ответить@ponysmasher Question: Is there a way to fasten the tripod on the dolly so it won’t slide on the plywood?
Ответить“Now is the time to find out that 4x2 is not 6” made me have an audible “what?”
ОтветитьYou seem to be a cool dude and everything, but I tried this tutorial and your directions are pretty terrible, honestly. I couldn't figure out what size screws to get for the wheels and size PVC pipe. None of those are mentioned in your video. I also didn't see anything in the description that lists everything you used.
ОтветитьSo i build this thing but:
8 Wheels 50€
Ball bearings: 44€
Wood: 9€
Screws: 35€
Srewnuts: 8€
Nooks: 3,20€
6 pipes + 1 for the connection 45€
Saw: 6€
Tape: 8€
Colorcan: 7€
---------------
215,20€
O/
It's like Ron Swanson had a stroke but still refuses to admit it.
ОтветитьHow do you center the wheels/brackets so the pipes don’t stop the dolly.
Ответитьprinted
ОтветитьHi David. Thanks for sharing this idea with us. I built a shitty dolly TM today. Works pretty good. One issue though - when I go over the part where 2 pipes are joined together, the dolly jitters. Any idea how to solve that? Thanks :)
Ответитьlol I need those posters rn
Ответитьwonder what size of pvc pipe he used?
ОтветитьExpected a tutorial on building your own Annabelle smdh
ОтветитьHi. Reality said you do not have fuck all. xxx.
ОтветитьBut David, how can I make my movie with my Arri Alexa if I don't have a Shitty Dolly TM to mount it on?
ОтветитьDAVID, DAVID, DAVID!
I ran across this video through a link on someone else's channel. within the first few minutes I had to subscribed . I love your personality! I want to use that poster as a wallpaper on my phone's lock screen. I will definitely continue to follow your videos. thabk you so much for the tutorial, aaaaaand for the inspiration.
After watching this I printed out your poster and put it on the wall at my desk…the one about movies not pooping 😂 maybe I should put the pooping one up too 🤔 🤷🏼♂️
ОтветитьMake movies, not excuses. İ wrtited this.
ОтветитьAs an even cheaper option, I've experimented with sliding. Gently place your camera on the floor and with great force push it, the shear sliding should produce a good moving shot, although id probably take of the lens, as it may scrape it. Goodluck.
Also any suggestions for a new camera
i want to grow up to be a film and shitty dollys maker like you
ОтветитьHaha I love this guy!
ОтветитьSir can i use line skate wheels
ОтветитьHAHAHA THIS IS A TROLL. GOOD VIDEO MAN !
ОтветитьAmazing. And he included a link to the posters, lol.
ОтветитьThis dudes funny!!!
ОтветитьMan I dont even have a tripod i was just gonna use duct tape and a selfish stick with my shitty android phone on a skateboard and see what happens.
ОтветитьPro Tip: You don't need to waste your money on any kind of dolly. Just move the camera with your hands!
ОтветитьAWESOME VIDEO!! lol
Ответитьlove that !!
Ответитьthis self sarcasm of yours made me subscribed....couldn't fight it,well don mister
ОтветитьThanks for tutorial! Loved it!
ОтветитьI wish all how-to’s were explained like this
ОтветитьWAHAHAHAHAHAHA... priceless
ОтветитьI can't stand it, it is hilarious! :D
I laughed all the way to the end because of your building jokes at the beginning! 😂
I want to put that second poster behind my bathroom door and see how long it takes for my girlfriend to kill me.
ОтветитьI miss my wife
ОтветитьThe friend part is absolutely me too lol
ОтветитьA Hollywood director making video tutorials with humour😂 what a guy
ОтветитьI love your videos man! Thank you. I love the host-blunt approach! plus, I love the posters in the video. I am going to print and post in my office/Bathroom.
ОтветитьI really think you need to consider making a comedy.
ОтветитьI actually watched this while pooping so that poster was scarily meta, things got personal very quickly, bravo
Ответитьyour too awesome! don't ever change! just goes to show you can be a big hollywood director and still be yourself no matter what.
Ответитьjust subbed today. thanks for this and for you being you
ОтветитьI have to protest this description...I built one of these, and it's not shitty at all; it's almost verging on adequate. Definitely was a help on a project I'm currently shooting. It wasn't even noisy, which I was worried would be an issue. Thanks for the idea, and best of luck with your future projects.
ОтветитьI love it!
ОтветитьLol...awesome vid man....great tip too...thanx.
