I couldn’t see the pre set bot and the reason they told me was because I my account was almost two years old , so it has the old version and they still didn’t update the early customers account and when I asked them how to fix it the told me to either wait until they fix the problem which they don’t know when that would be or I should delete my account , wait 30 days , then creat a new one !!🥲💔🤯
