Canson® and artist Robert Dutton present Mi-Teintes Touch Paper.

Why is there a white narrow frame around the paper? Do you cut it out after you are done drawing? Or leave it on? It also has the brand name written on the bottom corner which will look really odd to keep in the finished work.
