BEST JINGLIU BUILD - How to Build Jingliu in 60 Seconds (Honkai: Star Rail)

For those wondering - Quantum Set = 10% def ignore no matter what + another 10% def ignore vs Quantum weak enemies. This makes it an amazing option (on par with ice or slightly better - variable) with a DEF reducing support like Pela or Silver Wolf.
Also, as i briefly showed, Arlan's LC (Secret Vow) S5 is also a great LC option.

between ERR rope and ATK rope, how will far the difference ?

Just a heads up, you should have %50 crit rate at the absolute most. Any more is wasted in her enhanced state.

Well I lost in 50/50 and got himeko in 80x so... I Just gonna skip her and maybe spin for topaz, fortunately I got good relic for topaz and dont have relic for jingliu

Is ice set bad?

If you can use the 4pc quantum with either silverwolf or pela, what about both?
I'm still struggling wether ice or quantum will be greater, I've already collected 1,100 reserved tb power and 47 fuels and can be used at my disposal. In general, which is better?

i just got jingliu at 48 pity (crazy) and im an AR 26 player. I'm really early game and want to make her do the best as possible on my level, are there any reccomendations for possible 3-4* artifact sets? thanks :D

The guide is just like others. And I used "On the Fall of an Aeon" S5 lvl 64, with Celestial Differentiator planar set, and cleared MoC Stage 10. I suspect Jingliu is just very strong herself, whatever sets we use.

As someone struggling on moc 9 no healer/shielder cannot be written like this for any team.
It's healer and shielder + support(nihility/harmony)
Both an abundance and preservation are a must bcz there are enemies that can easily kill nihility or harmony characters easily

I would argue that ERR rope also work well for her so you can use her ult more often and won't get out of trascendence state.
Though if you want to use ERR rope on her then i think atk boots is a must just so your atk stats isn't that low.

I gotta ask why is the quantum set only for jingliu? Like, by that logic, blade or imbitor lunae should also have a quantum set, but it only works for Jingliu? Why? Or is it related to ice set being worst than other sets?

how much attack does she needs?, I have around 2.4k atack, 44%/234% cr/cd, 100 speed with her signature LC, Im using her with Tingyun since I dont have Bronya, Pela and Natasha
