INGREDIENTS
2 large eggs
3 cups day old rice
2 stalks of scallions
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
Note: The bowl used in this video is a Korean rice mixing bowl I purchased from HMart, my local Korean grocery store.
