📌 Dadaepo Beach ⛱

A beach in Dadae-dong, Saha-gu, Busan. It is located at the southernmost tip of the estuary of the Nakdong River and is located 8km southwest of downtown Busan, so transportation from downtown is convenient.

The white sand beach is formed by the sedimentation of high-quality soil and sand pushed down from the upper reaches of the Nakdong River. It is located near the estuary where fresh water and seawater of the Nakdong River meet, so even the sea 300 meters deep is as shallow as 1.5 meters, and the average water temperature is warm at 21 °C. The area of the white sand beach is 53,000m2, 900m long, and 100m wide.

📌 Dadaepo Dream Sunset Fountain

‘Dadaepo Dream Sunset Fountain’ is a fountain installed in the entrance plaza of Dadaepo Beach.

Although most of the world's famous fountains are installed in lakes or on the walls, it is rare that a floor fountain creates a spectacular combination of music and lighting, so Dadaepo's Sunset Fountain is even more valuable.

It has an area of 7,731 sqm a circular diameter of 60m, a circumference of 180m, a fountain floor area of 2519 sqm and a maximum water height of 55m. It opened on March 27, 2010 and is open and operating from April to October every year. It was listed as the 'World's Largest Floor Fountain' in the Guinness World Records.
