i’ve always easily been able to cry in cue, and i’m not sure why, so i was like “oh, this video should have me instantly in tears” lol

I think alot of the work is finding a good image in your head of your loved one, one that is so realistic your brain thinks it's actually real. So you can really set yourself into the situation and feel what you would be feeling if that really happened.
