ОтветитьNice class. I burned about 375 calories so not so far off and it was more sweaty than I expected though my heart rate stayed in zone 1. I was happy I could do most of the steps without too much issue as normally anything that listed as dance I wouldn't keep up, so perhaps this was very easy or I may be getting slightly better.
