I've had anxiety depression. Since I could remember. My first time getting drunk I was 12 , that's when I found out I lose my anxiety and I feel like I could be myself. When I was 18 I started convincing ppl to buy me alcohol. I met a shop owner who would sell me packs of four lokos.when I turned 21 it turned into vodka on the weekends and then everyday. I've been to rehab . therapy . psychiatry.AA You name it. I drink like her. But I still don't lose hope❤

Excuses dig you a deeper hole idc what happened to you idc if your parents died on the same day that’s not an excuse to drink 🤦🏽‍♂️ it’s an excuse to get over it because you can’t do anything about it you can cry but alcohol ain’t finna help

She certainly isn’t sober. She was driving while under the influence on FRIDAY and caused a 3 vehicle accident. She could have killed someone

30 odd years I have been clean and sober

I almost lost 1 year old it took me almost a full year to recover if i had lost him idk if id still be here

You have no idea what it's like losing a rodent. It may not seem like a big deal but it was to me

Don't judge unless you can read into her heart and walked in her shoes. Always be there for her. WHERE THERE'S LIFE, THERE'S HOPE ❤

I've seen someone who was 52 and a multimillionaire go broke and homeless in 7 years.

Yeah, no I can’t blame this lady one bit. I would literally want to die if my child died. I’d probably be worse than her!

I will never forget my first daughter was colic and would never sleep for me during the day, this also was when i was working 6days a week 3rd shift. I had my fiancee at the time her family and friends telling me to Cosleep with her, and I always said absolutely not for this exact reason!!!! Im not justifying this womans alcoholism, but I can say without a doubt, I would've eaten a bullet if I woke up and seen I had accidentally suffocated my child. I feel so bad for her!

I drank a bottle a day 4 times a week for 6 years. Never got the shakes or had any liver or health issues but knew if I continued I would. Stopped with no problems.

I felt this in soul!! I pray she finds peace. BUT when you have other kids, you have to find the strength to be a mom to them also. She lost all her kids that day. 😢

You don’t stink after a week or 2 not showering,but your body does get dirty and greasy

I feel so sorry for kacy i couldn't imagine the pain of losing a child i hope i never experience it.I hope she managed to stay sober

I slept on the floor of my daughter Jessica Rose’s nursery for a couple months after she passed away in my arms. My mom dragged me to a community college and it eventually set me on a new path. There is still a deep deep wound in my soul 30years later. My heart goes out to moms and dads who suffers the same❤️❤️❤️

That pain must be unbearable.

First person I've seen on this show that looks better before treatment than after.

My cousins started drinking and they tried encouraging me to drink-

My current situation but my kid was 16

if the doctor prescribed her cannabis instead of harsh painkillers this story would be a lot different

I have been alcoholic during 4 years, but drank 1 bottle of vodka + beers, BUT 3 bottles in own exp. is very huge... 😮

Such a sad story, but I think Kacy can definitely overcome all of this.

As someone battling addiction myself, almost seems to me like we need a broader classification system in place - kinda like diabetics... Type A addict or Type B - there appear to be people who have no prior family history of addiction who still get hooked, then you've got the genetic side of things intertwined with trauma which leads people towards addiction for an early age.

If i had 2 kids and 1 ended up dying, i think the logical thing to do, would be, to do whatever it takes to NOT lose the other 1.

I’ve never heard good things about sober living facilities. I can’t think of anything worse than newly sober or newly relapsing individuals being in close headquarters.

When I lost it child I was very very careful to not drink because the temptation was there and I knew it could get out of hand so easily…. My heart goes out to her.
