ОтветитьI'm doing my best to honour my cycle, and according to Alisa Vitti's book, In the Flo, on Day 5, mat pilates are recommended. I wanted to go to the gym today but my lower back was not quite ready so I honoured my flow, and chose this gentle flow mat pilates video instead. I'm so glad I did. Thank you, this was perfect for what I needed.
ОтветитьI know this video is from two-years ago, but I wanted to tell you thank you. I have a few autoimmune diseases that affect my bones, joints and tendons. Today is a hurting day, but I didn't want to skip doing Pilates as I'm just newly beginning. I've done a few of your beginner classes aside from this. Your descriptive teaching is amazing, and your calm voice is soothing making your classes relaxing yet a nice workout. This video/class felt great on my joints, and I can't thank you enough.

ОтветитьThis was nice and gentle. Lots of good stretch. I really appreciate the cue to lift and activate the side of the body that’s on the floor when lying on the side: I don’t think I’ve ever received that cue before. Thank u for sharing!
