Good job and thanks for sharing your adventure. Quick question: How much did you spent for Camino de Santiago trip in total? I'm curious and I might have missed if you had already mentioned it in one of your videos. Appreciate if you can shed some lights on this. Thank you. Happy trails. - muz @ moose

ОтветитьThis is the Camino, your video is an inspiration to us all that are longing to do the Camino
Thank you Nadine, I will be there soon
Hello my dear pilgrim-sister,
your little camino-video really touches me and gave me the Camino-feeling back.
Thank you, take care and Buen Camino!
Greetings from Germany
Thank You Nadine for this Video.
ОтветитьTears also here 🙋♀️
This video causes very (bad) wanderlust! I wish I could do another camino adventure NOW!
You captured so much with your eloquent words and great video shots. Thank you.
ОтветитьThank you for the video and the prose. Hope to do part of this journey in the not so distant future.
ОтветитьA year ago (the day after Labour Day in Canada), I left home to walk the Camino Frances. When I finished that incredible journey 40 days after I left SJPdP, I cried a lot ... for months: For what I'd been through, how grateful I was, how hard it had been, how sorry I was it was over, the awesome people who made that journey all that it could have possibly been, and so much more. When people asked me about, I'd start to try to tell them something and inevitably break down in tears: There were simply no words to possibly describe it. But you found them! And I cried when reading them. Great piece of work, Nadine!
ОтветитьSounds absolutely horrible
Ответитьwow, Nadine - you describe it so perfectly... the camino is all of this... You experience your camino, and it awakens you to who you are... I walked the Camino Frances twice so far, and am obsessed to walk it a third time, and who knows if that one will satisfy my obsession - it might never stop. At the end of my first one I stood at Finisterre, the 'end of the world', looking down from the cliffs onto that vast swell of water, and had a conversation with my feet: 'Look - we can't go any further'... I didn't want to stop walking (and neither did my feet), but the chores of my life called me back, to wake up out of this dream... some dreams are like visions, and the camino is such a dream... of a life of freedom, presence, comradeship, relaxing into what is, simple, full of joy, sometimes shared, at other times just being with myself, the poppies, the old churches and a friendly 'bon camino', blessing me from left or right, while walking... walking... walking... 💖
ОтветитьThis is beautiful!
It's a little bit hard to hear your words, though, as the background music is a bit overwhelming.🙁
Fantastic! I’m walking part of the Camino for the first time next month. This was a wonderful summary. Now I’m even more excited and ready to experience the trail and see what it has in store for me 🎉
Ответить👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

ОтветитьI'm doing this next year with all the friends I can gather. I'm looking forward to it.
ОтветитьI haven't walked the Camino yet, but I am looking forward to doing it very very soon. This video gave me goosebumps and inspired me even more, it also gave me more courage to do it alone and not be afraid. Looking forward to do it!
ОтветитьFantastic montage and tekst. ❤
Ответитьi want to go sooo bad . hopefully is a few years. great video.
ОтветитьThis was the inspiration I needed to make this happen for my 50th birthday in just over two years. Planning starts now. Thank you. I want this experience!
ОтветитьThis is fantastic. I want to produce something from our recent walk as well! We have been doing daily vlogs so far but want to summarise the entire thing. Great inspiration!
ОтветитьI was supposed to hike the camino in 2020 with a priest friend of mine. 2 weeks after I bought the plane ticket, Covid shut down the whole world and our plans were cancelled. It felt like our dream died and we moved on with our lives, but just this last week we've decided to start planning our hike for 2024. Your video just brought tears to my eyes and cemented in my mind that nothing on earth can stop us from hiking the Camino. Thank you!
ОтветитьI love this video
ОтветитьHow many kilometers [distance] to and fro to walk the journey to
Camino de Santiago in Spain?
Hope one day i can start my camino journey
ОтветитьExcellent, beautiful work. I'm now understanding Cancer treatment. When I am free of it in the coming days, I'm doing the Camino without question, Next year!
ОтветитьPerfect distillation of the Camino experience - Thank You.
ОтветитьYou're such a Poet
ОтветитьNobody has ever captured the Camino as well as you have in this video. I recognise and am moved by almost everything you mentioned (especially the pigeon in the morning!!). Thank you, you have made me want to walk it again, something I thought would never happen. You are blessed, and you have blessed us.
ОтветитьThis was wonderful! SJPDP to Muxia 2023
ОтветитьWow! You nailed it Nadine 🥲👏
ОтветитьThis was and is awesome thank you so so much.. blessings to you for helping me with all the information for my Camino.. blessings
ОтветитьGreat video ❤
ОтветитьVery well presented. Thanks
ОтветитьA very dear friend of mine, who’d done everything from caring for sled dogs, to being a ski instructor, to Everest, and a million things in between. She was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. She’d planned to make this her last trip, but passed before she could do it. I’m going to do it next year, in her memory

ОтветитьI find myself responding in the same way that others have already in the comments below: this is the best 5 minutes of dozens (if not hundreds) of Camino-related videos I've watched. Like poetry. Well articulated and so well-timed with the accompanying visuals. It encapsulates virtually everything I tell others when they ask me about walking the Camino. Muchas gracias and buen camino!
ОтветитьThis was beautiful. Thank you.
ОтветитьHaving just finished the Frances , I can honestly say this is a brilliant summing up of it. Fantastic. Made me quite teary 🥲
ОтветитьThe destination is where and how far inside you have you been in this journey ? Kilometres doesn’t count here.
ОтветитьThank you, beautifully put
ОтветитьDoing this next week and this video got me SOOOOO HYPED!!!!!!! CANT WAIT!
ОтветитьThank you for this beautiful video. We used it to begin a presentation we gave about our Camino. We told our audience that we had difficulty articulating the experience when we came home. But you have done it better than anyone! Your photos and prose are wonderful. We have shared your video with fellow pilgrims and they all agree that you have captured the essence of this indescribable journey. Many thanks.
