I've been using Shiseido products for 20 years. The Benefiance 24 spf 18 cream flakes off my skin when I apply. I'm on my second bottle and this still happens. Anyone else experience this and know why?

She's using a bowl and dirty water after the first rinse. All the makeup, dirt and used products are put into that bowl and being splashed all over her face again. Gross!!

Shiseido has been around for a long long time!!! I am 71, started using since 21.. i cannot find anything better skin care than Shiseido!!! In Japan, they have people who are trained how to use these products and makeup.. i think that is one of key reason why they are soo successful all over the world!!! I wish we have these quality technician at skin care counter.. i bet they will grow business soooo big!!!!!

After using other skin products on my face that were eh, someone at Macy’s introduced me to this brand. I started with the sunscreen spf50 that is super soft and it has a tan color. I got some samples of the creams and I was hooked. I started using everything and my skin looks amazing. They’re pricey, but definitely worth it.

Do we really need that many different products? Serious question

Very over-priced (very) and, the majority of their products contain scent(s) and other irritable ingredients. Not worth the cost for sure. I'd try to find a boutique Skin care shop with an involved CEO that offers a consultation and go from there.

I HATE WHEN THEY LIE. the lipstick dont come of in 1 step. They cut the video. Realy hate when they do this. Also the cleanser dont work well. Dont buy it. Same for the softner. The rest of the product are very good.

I have been using Sheiseido for many years. It is the best skin care and I have tried all the lines at Macy's. I can feel Sheiseido working on my skin. I buy it when Macy's has the 15% off and stock up. I am 73 and told I look 63.

I like that in Japanese culture they also see what the woman is from the inside before calling her beautiful. They first check the inner beauty before the external beauty. And they believe that no woman thinks she is complete

Shiseido is my favorite brand because the quality of their skincare products as well as their makeup products is very good.
