I say use the lipsticks. Use the makeup….. even if it’s vintage. Its what it was made for and we cant collect everything forever. Use and make the product and the designers and the makers happy. Other wise it goes to waste…… and then to another auction and in three hundred years we will have everyones old makeup because we cant bare to see it be used and go…..

And I say this as someone who gave my niece all but one of my collectable barbies and then told her mom to let her actually play with them and take them out of the package. Happiest child ever. What good is having something if it cant be used.
