ОтветитьThis was so beautiful to see thank you for the hard work of filming all of these beautiful moments ❤ I hope to be financially stable enough to move to Japan some day
ОтветитьI love your yukata, it's so cute! I'd love to try one of the tub boats in Sado someday
ОтветитьThe field in the island reminds me of Totoro movie, love it 🥰
Ответитьsado island and the shibuya sky deck both look stunning
ОтветитьDid you go there looking for the legendary spinach?
Ответитьwait... are you wearing a wedding ring?
Ответить😃Futon's are awesome. I realy like them. Slept on one in a ryokan in Takayama
ОтветитьThis island reminds me of the movie ponyo so much. Definitely adding to the list when I visit japan one day
Ответитьso nice to see this island that I have never heard of I might consider visiting if I ever go to japan
ОтветитьWow that observation deck looks so pretty! I could easily spend hours up there for sure! Thanks for taking us along on your journey 💖
ОтветитьLoved this vlog, the country side looks soo beautiful 😍
ОтветитьYou made me really miss Japan, I have to go again soon.
Also I'm really impressed (not sure it's the right word, encouraged perhaps?) you manage to be a vegetarian in Japan, I have been to Japan both as a meat eater and vegetarian, and the latter was a nightmare, Japan is really a meat and fish place, which is a shame because the food is so good...
日本を叩いたクセに凄いね。
韓国行けば?気持ち悪いな。
Sasa dango was one of my favorite treats when I was managing Midtown Sushi and Ramen here in St Louis. Sweet red bean is so good!
Ответить😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍
ОтветитьSleeping on the floor is the best.
ОтветитьYou are a great person. Chinzanso is the most beautiful hotel in Tokyo.
And to go to Sado and get on TARAI boat. Sado is also famous for producing good rice. To eat that too with Japanese local dish.
Wow, such a beautiful island! I keep adding more and more locations to my “must see and visit travel spots” list lol
ОтветитьI love watching you explore areas of beauty, they look very relaxing and meditative. I hope you come back with Chris and enjoy the island together.
ОтветитьA dream to be able to see the rice fields in person and the town looks so cute!
ОтветитьAwesome! My high school had a Sado club and my Japanese class did a student exchange with a school there
ОтветитьWow that Shibuya observation deck looks awesome. Definitely gonna visit when I come to Japan again. That pointy glass park in Shibuya looked really cool too. Man Japan is just so beautiful.
Thanks for showing us around the city and Sado Island Sharla.
enjoyed your video. I will be going to Kyoto, Okayama in March 2023 for ten days. can you suggest vegan ryokans/onsens? thanks, Lloyd
ОтветитьI will probably never be able to visit Japan, because I don't own a lot of money, but through your and Chris's videos, it's like I can go on a holiday every weekend from the safety of my room! Thank you so much for your awesome content!
ОтветитьWatching this makes me want to travel so badly. I had a bit of a laugh at the end. One of my cats name is Soba and he was on the sofa with me. He was confused when he kept hearing is name from the TV. 😆
ОтветитьThe tofu bowl gave me Stranger Things vibes. Loved the video.
ОтветитьArrrgh...... Just watching the view from the tower.... My hands are sweating. (Afraid of heights)
ОтветитьLove this chilled vlog! I enjoy both solo travelling and travelling with friends and family. Exploring in quiet is so good
ОтветитьBest travel plan to travel modern urban side and traditional rural side of Japan with Shinkansen and ship trip.
Ответить❤
Ответить“Niigata is famous for its rice” <And sake!>
Ответитьsuch pretty places, thank you for sharing it Sharla
ОтветитьThat sky deck is fantastic despite my fear of really tall heights and that certainly looks tall but maybe I could handle it! You said it was a clear day, could you see Fuji? I’ve heard you can see it from Tokyo on a clear day!
Edit - loved the train shot going from Tokyo to Niigata! Very reminiscent of my trip to Fuji 5 Lakes and it’s amazing how quickly Japan can go from metropolis to quiet countryside!
Those BBQ Pistachios are my new fav snack, the honey roasted ones are bomb too, but the BBQ are truly amazing!!
ОтветитьMy husband and I bought Japanese futons and tatami mats and now exclusively sleep on two XLong twin futons smooshed together (with two babies) and it always puzzles our friends and neighbors, but I love that ai can clear them into the closet or outside and have so much space. Unrelated: having local salt is so cool!!
ОтветитьOMGGG this is so exciting, such a shame you couldn't share all these memories with someone next to you!
ОтветитьI have to ask, would Japan/Tokyo be a good place to travel for a person who has near-phobia level fear of heights?
Ответить嗨;拜拜
ОтветитьThank you for so much for sharing your experiences with us! I appreciate you so much. I dream of coming to Japan someday I hope you will come to fruition! Thank you so much for your videos.
ОтветитьBTW You BF's skin & trimness looks great!!
I am a fan of both of your programs... I think you guys are amazing! Just saying!
Appreciate your vlog Sharla, nothing like just sitting back and enjoying the zen feeling and beautiful visuals after a tough day. Too many things to try and do on an eventual visit!
ОтветитьThis was a fun trip, and you look good today Sharla. I would have never thought of visiting Sado Island but through you I saw a very cool part of Japan.
