The XIOMI LED Tv will shut down after the warrenty expires . Useless to pay such huge amount on Chinese tv instead buy branded tv . They will tell u the repair will cost 16- 24 thousand. Useless customer service , not at all supportive. Don't buy it and don't regret buying it, Chinese Bc chale to chaand tak nhi to sham tak...

Bhai sabse ghatiya tv hai ye or ye company ki after sales services us se b ghatiya hai. 5 mahino me 15 ghante b nahi tik paya ye tv. 5x 50 inch khareeda tha may31,2022 ko 40,000 me or abhi 10 November ko screen black ho gyi technician 5 dino ke baad aaya check krne or aaj ek mahina ho gya aaj tak tv theek nahi hua. Under warranty hai fir bhi ye haal hai out of warranty hota to ye log bolte jala do humse ni ho payega

I am writing this review nearly after 1 year 355 days of purchase of 55 inch TV, TV come with warranty of 1 year and on panel its 1 more year, i have taken acko insurance.
Insurance is kind of scam they are doing, they are not allowing me do a claim and they said its panel issue. Worst part comes from MI, i raise a complaint about the panel they have registered it and they said one of their service person would come with in weeks time. No body in hyderabad the service technician visited my place, i had cancelled all my plan for the week to get this repaired.

After a weeks time i called the MI service center, they said service person has already visited my place and said no issues and they closed the ticket from back end.
Which was False, again they raise a new ticket and said they would escalate it to Hyderabad service technician. This time again they took weeks time and again i waited for some response
this time again no one visited they said they asked me to send a picture with i did and they said there would be video call from there expert service team, neither any one called me
or visited, they just prolonged the ticket said there back end team is looking into it, i dont know what there backend team does. I even asked there technical manger email id
so that i could convey the pain i went through but they hesitate, they prolonged the ticket untill my warranty got expired. Pathetic service and experience i got with Xiamo india.

Not a recommended product to buy. Product is worst after 2 year and there service is terrible.
