I know I'm late to this but what a great pay off for Evi Morty. It surpassed all of my expectations. Rick won't admit it but he met his match with Evil Morty. Evil Morty reminds me of Lex Luthor or how Lex Luthor should act.

Evil Morty as such a disappointment he didn't even get his own full episode; the episode was half crow storyline and half Evil Morty storyline.
I have a feeling Justin Roland really never wanted to expand on Evil Morty; Roland ignored Evil Morty for a few seasons. (Justin Roland prefers stand alone stories)
I think another producer told him that season; 'you need to do something about Evil Morty or fans will be pissed that you went another season without addressing Evil Morty.'
I believe the crow storyline was much longer at a full episode for the final season, and they cut it half to squeeze in 15 minutes of Evil Morty.
Another proof is Justin Roland already moved on to the Rick Prime storyline, meaning he was never serious on exploring Evil Morty further and was just forced to.
I have feeling Justin Roland will do the same to the Rick Prime storyline; ignore it until the producers force him to address it.
Don't believe Justin Roland is out of the show completely; he still owns a majority stake on the show and all his legal cases were dismissed; he got fired from voice acting, and that's it, every penny the show makes still goes to him. Roland will just be gone from the face of the show but he will still be in the background running stuff.

Why'd you remove the part where Rick makes a remark about the government? That's pretty sus.

Evil Morty is protected by plot armor otherwise Rick would've smoked him. Like when Rick Prime took out Jerry from the Cronenburg Universe his plot armor had fallen off. Also Evil Morty is only tuff in the Central Finite Curve because he knows all of Rick's moves and has counters to them outside that predictable landscape I think we'll find him in serious trouble like Hulk and Thor in War World.

I love everything about evil morty. His motivations are understandable, he is callous enough to be an imposing villain, he outsmarts ricks, and most importantly: He won. Since his goal wasn’t just to defeat the main character, he could win without destroying the paradigm of the series. I hope we see more of him, but not in antagonistic role. More like a one/two episode special where we see what the multiverse outside of the finite curve is like, and see Evil morty on his own in the multiverse. See if he is happy now that he achived his goal, what he was up to, if he decided to start a family, settle down, become a nomad, fight for some cause, become a depressed and lonely drunkard, etc.

I think that Rick C-137 and Evil Morty will join forces at some point. He needs an also vengeful companion and Morty Prime is not that. So maybe they will both hutn down and kill Rick Prime.

im pretty sure evil morty will be brought back later in the show because in an episode it showed how rick and morty were gonna die and it showed evil morty having an army of ricks

I think the potential of being incredibly intelligent lies within all morty’s, once they break free from a ricks control. Keep in mind Morty is rick grandson and has the family background of genius. The only thing holding morty back from being rick greatest nemesis in general is his lack of self confidence and awareness of his true potential. But when a morty realizes his potential, even he is a complete rival to ricks power. It makes sense why ricks everywhere subjugate mortys is to prevent them from ever arising. I predict a possible morty revolution.

Quality of dialog will NEVER cease to matter!...as long as I remain Able-Bodied & Sound-Of-Mind I shall always endeavor to metaphorically "Fight" for Freedom, Justice and the American-Way. For it is my fervent belief that everyone should have access to a roof over their head and a daily meal in their stomachs. Long Live the King!

Evil Morty is awful smug in this episode for a guy who had Rick right where he wanted him, and he still got away.

"I was expressing disapproval of your dialogue" is probably still my favourite line from the show

Technically evil morty ,is just Prime morty he just wants to live a normal life with out Ricks

So Evil Morty is a Morty that's just another version of Rick, except one that can outwit Rick to get what he wants.

So here's a question. Why can't Rick just fire the portal gun at Evil Morty. We've seen what happens when you get portal fluid on you, but happens if you fire the portal gun at someone? Hell, why not just fire it near him or aim for a spot below his feet and see if you can get him that way, or use another gadget and try to push/pull him into it?

Prime Rick, Evil Morty, I am calling him evil Jerry, and unsure about which Beth is evil, so all we need is an evil Summer. Then it's on like Donky Kong, lol.. Smith family vs. Smith family, lol.

For anyone who's familiar with Star Trek generations evil Morty kind of reminds me of Malcolm McDowell's character willing to kill Millions just so that he can get back to the Nexus and evil Morty is willing to kill anyone and everyone in order to get to a reality where Rick is not the smartest man in the universe

Fuck Evil Morty man, he should’ve just stayed in line. If Ricks were the only men smart enough to isolate an entire central finite curve where they’re the smartest man in their own universes, then they deserve it
