You need some solar panels on the wings and less batteries. Maybe a bank of capacitors in the wings.
I would go skids instead of wheels given the diameter if the wheels etc.

For the next one I would try and make it to where the wings could slip in better to the mold along with the nose cone to try and reduce drag. You could also implement the battery near the middle of the plane to try and help keep the center of gravity near the middle to help avoid a crash. I love the entirety of it and think you did an amazing job keep it up c:

Make it MUCH bigger, 3d print the entire design in lots of segments.
