The strategy that helped for me to reduce hair fall was this:
1. Softly detangle your hair with a neem-infused wood comb.
2. Put on the correct oil for your hair. Personally, I use the natural hair oil by Litttleextra cocooonion.
3. Warm up the oil.
4. Rub the hair oil starting from the roots and moving toward the scalp.
5. Avoid lot of hair oil.
6. Gently massage your scalp softly. You also can use a scalp massager.
7. Don’t tie your hair overly tightly.
8. Make use of a heat cap
9. To achieve the best results, leave it in your hair for a maximum of 8 hours.
10. When rinsing it out, choose a soft shampoo and conditioner. I apply Litttleextra cocooonion as it has safe ingredients for hair.
Perform this routine twice a week for good results.

I'm using 5% minoxidil twice a day for 1.5year.. It is okay if i start to use it once a day now? Or am I going to have reverse efect

I'm kinda waiting for a discussion about dandruff where the affected dermis/hair-follicle-layer in the scalp had already died and affected by DHT and that layer of dermis turned into dandruff. now, my question is, if a male person is going through Male pattern baldness, will they still recover those layers of dermis on the scalp? or are they forever gone? and what does minoxidil do to this?

Sadly i stopped with minoxidil because i had side effects. ive been using it for about a year but stopped at the first year mark. my hair still receded further aswell as my hair texture was more dry, i had horrible dandruff, my lungs felt crushed and my heart beat was very punchy. and yes i didnt stopped when the side effects first started because it gave me a positive result at the beginning but it started to stop working after 10 months even thought i let it dry for hours and atleast put more than 1ml a day surely because i used it once a day and yet had to buy new minoxidil every 2 months. i started with finasteride 3 months ago had 0 side effects but i definitely am shedding very much since i stopped minoxidil. it has been around a month now since stopping minoxidil
