I have a pair of these in the walnut that I bought brand new in 1996 for a little over $2000 if I recall correctly. That’s close to $4000 in today’s dollars, if you go by the governments CPI inflation rate of 2.45% which is absolutely bogus. They are most likely closer to $5000 to $6000 in today’s dollars. They are wonderful speakers.
ОтветитьMy speakers , I love them...
ОтветитьI have just bought a FIRST SERIES of Concertino, complete with original stands. ! For €1000 they sound absolutely fantastic
Ответитьawesome Temple of Sound!!
ОтветитьHi guys,
Make ut sense to buy 25 years old Concerto? Are they durable enough?
Your sound is superb, but the music is cliche jazz, the kind that reps play at high end show. Let's find out on your next video what your gear does with something that swings.
ОтветитьWszystko fajnie głos średniego i wysokiego jest super ale niski ton słabo
ОтветитьI like to hear this song run through McIntosh MC 1.25 KW and the FOCAL Scala Utopia Evo that you did about 10 months ago with the music of Hum Drum. These speakers are really great for this music. Bravo Bravo Bravo ✌️.
ОтветитьHow does this set up sound with vinyl?
ОтветитьIs that the Audiolab 6000A you are plaing them through? I have a pair of Sonus Faber Concertino's and am thinking of buying either the 6000A or 6000A Play....
ОтветитьVery impressive from a pair of small bookshelf speakers. Other than the Audiolab 6000 CD, what amp and DAC are being used?
ОтветитьI had these 20 years ago and the instant I heard them I recognized their magic. That tells me your recordings are trustworthy. Are you just using a phone to record these videos and capture the sound?
ОтветитьBeautiful!
ОтветитьI have these same speakers being driven by a McIntosh MC7270 and C 35 preamp. Long story short as I decided that was time to upgrade my speakers to full towers……listened to the new Sonnetos III and V and was not impressed to drop up to 10k US. Then listened to the Focal lines. Focal much more dynamic than the new SF. When I got home and played the Concertos I realized that they are superior in every way……and without powering my REL Stratat iIi sub.
ОтветитьBought a pair of Concertos with dedicated stands( a must) and driving them with Atoll SS100 watts . Added a small REL sub for the lowest octaves and couldn’t be happier. They really are amazing at reproducing all wind instruments especially saxophone and image like nobody’s business!! Highly recommended
ОтветитьI still have this baby , mine's all black , they're around 25 yrs young now. Still play them every day ....sweetest midrange sound you can have, best purchase i've made on any item ... they're that good! oh yeah, i purchased the sonus faber solo and surround speakers to match.
ОтветитьОни просто поют , а не воспроизводят !!!
Великолепно !!!
who try to show the qualities of a speaker trough you tube and a phone ? A tin can would sound the same.
ОтветитьWonderful speakers Sonus Faber Concerto Home . . built on Italian concept. . even hours of listening . . I listened to 'Un Instant de Magia' Toni Sola Quartet and it gave me that natural sound, hearing even the breath of Toni on sax . . . . .Try to listen Saxophone Colossus Sonny Rollins 'St. Thomas' and you'll love more this Sonus Faber.
ОтветитьI have buy this speaker used before 10 years . It plays with a DIY tube amp or with a Carver tfm 35. It is difficult to change it on 2021 because of his voice. It plays everything perfect but I believe that his highlights are with acoustic instruments like this recording or a solo of a violin or strings
