I had that problem with my house - it went from not being in a flood zone to being in a flood zone as the water table had risen under the house. Luckily, I've sold that house in anticipation of moving home to NJ in a few years.

Hopefully rent is going back down to how it used to be I live in East Orange New Jersey and rent is expensive I don't know why they did that in Essex County and other counties in New Jersey it doesn't make any sense they definitely need to have rent control and have rent how it used to be

My family of 4 is moving to NJ and will commute into manhattan for work.

Seems like scotch plains, cranwood, east brunwick and old bridge are the places to look at. Does this checkout? Can you support?

Wed like a yard, proximity, and great schools.

OMG The boardwalks of NJ are being taken over by the scum of earth. Pop up parties, young ADULTS behaving disrespectful to families of all walks of life trying to enjoy life at the beach and supporting the small businesses on the boardwalk. You would have to be crazy to take your young children there. I’m never going to Point Pleasant, West Long Branch or Asbury Park again. Woke thugs now destroying NJ. Telling family and friends to stay away
