I don't understand how it's possible that the Hubble and JW cannot take high resolution pics of Pluto and other Kuiper Belt objects? They manage to capture stunning detail in photos of objects that are, counter-intuitively, exceedingly more distant than the dwarf planet. The photos by Hubble in particular are underwhelming when it comes to objects at relatively short ranges while it was capable of shooting breath-taking pics of far-off phenomena like the Pillars of Creation. Go figure?
