I have the J's Tipo magazine and the issue number is 109 from 2002...I got it at a thrift shop back in 2015 for PHP 20.00 (yup you heard me) it's cheap and until now...it's in my possession

I'm learning Japanese currently so I'll be able to buy and read these magazine. But damn....really wish they would do prints in english for overseas fans.
