ОтветитьGreat video, I just graduated and was trying to find a video like this so I can apply this to my work so thank.
ОтветитьHire Henry already
ОтветитьShould I learn 3ds max
ОтветитьHi, I am new to 3D design with one will be the best program or programs to be used to learn to get the best result of the designs , I gest that is important when are you going to work for a company no?
ОтветитьInsightful video. One question: how can artists avoid people stealing from their page? A simple watermark or it has to be licensed somewhere?
I'm new and I'm learning, so every suggestion is much appreciated :)
So what does Henry's portfolio say about his story?
ОтветитьThank you, very interesting and useful video. 🙂
ОтветитьThanks a lot, its nice and helpful
ОтветитьHey mike can u give us ur room tour ur setup
ОтветитьThat was really helpful. Thank you Mike.
Ответитьgot a question here
I am a student and I have to submit my projects soon for my graduation I am interested in modeling characters but is it alright to use other's 2d character references to make my own 3d models
if so can you suggest some of the references that will be good for me?
When I see an anvil all I can think about is Blender Guru lol
Ответитьshow wireframe and shaded with& without shaded shows that you know topology and maby show uv-mapping if its for ie game job? :D
ОтветитьWhere did you got that tshit from 😅
ОтветитьBeauty! Let the young man shine.
Ответитьsir can you make tutorial on 3d realistic character modeling in Maya
Ответитьwhat are the different roles one would focus on as a 3D artist?
ОтветитьThis was very helpful! Thank you so much!
ОтветитьThanks Mike that's help alot...
ОтветитьGreat video! I think the best piece of advice I’ve ever gotten in regards of portfolios is “your only as good as your worse piece .“ so make sure everything is as perfect as you can make it because that one bad piece can change everything.
ОтветитьThanks! very informative!

ОтветитьHi Mike. Thanks for your years of uploading/sharing awesome 3D tutorials; they've been very helpful. I have a request: Can you do a tutorial on how to animate a FISHING CAST NET in Maya? It's been a big challenge to me. I would be very grateful if this request is granted.
ОтветитьI had a discussion on a fb page about 'should i really post only my best works on my portfolio'.
Someone mentioned that there are some people that like to see your progress during time.
Means u should keep ur old 'best work'' and your new 'best work'.
I think they said u can do it the way u want to. As u prefer u can delete everything old and just focus on ur new best stuff.
I like to see my progress and I like to rewatch my old projects and I really like them... bc there was a loooot of lifetime going in some of these.
So i would never delete them ^^''''.
I think the intro is a little bit laggy. I mean its like 4-5 fps
ОтветитьI want to be a 3d environment artist and in 6 months time i will have to find an internship/job...is portfolio diversity necessary for me or will only environments do?
Note environments will contain hard surface models, complex models, and realistic textured models
Great video sir, learned a lot as always!
I am starting as a 3D artist and I need to buy a laptop. Do you have any recommendations?
I wish i had 10% skills henry has 😃. He's just awesome.
ОтветитьGreat information
Ответитьgot to admit Mike, Henry is Excellent i love his work
