Anxiety? My meditation instructor teaches the Divide and Conquer technique. Asign a number from 1 -10 to each spot of anxiety in your body. It may end up being multiple spots around your body 4 here, 6 here, 5 here and 3 there. This adds up to 18 unpleasant points. But if you don't keep track they tend to multiply: 4x6x5x3 giving you 360 levels of unpleasantness. I've found if I look for spots, that alone tends to diminish the unpleasant feelings occuring at the time. Hope that helps!🌈
