Ответить❤️ Driving at night especially makes me anxious and jumpy after being in a 3 car wreck recently that was quite scary and hurt me physically. I haven't had nightmares but whenever someone drives wreckless near me I feel like I am reliving the accident. Thanks for talking about grounding exercises.❤️

ОтветитьIt’s amazing how much things like grounding exercises, journaling, etc. really help. When I find myself ruminating over something getting the thoughts to paper, or a word document actually helps me stop. Especially when I started validating my emotions towards the subject, pulling out an emotions wheel and everything.

I’ve been in a few in the past. The last one, the car overturned in a swamp and it’s one of those two door VW bug so I was the last to come out. I got over it but now, so many years after and some really traumatic events, my stomach has that feeling now daily.
