i can tell the difference....HOW SO? when I dream I take a snap shots of locations and look into it on google map

If you try to meet people you know in the astral, wouldn't it also be likely to see your interpretation of that person and not actually the reality of that person? So maybe better or worse than they actually are? Also when someone dreamt about me I usually tell them it wasn't me, because I wasn't there, and I kind of see it as a dreaming person creating some kind of visual hologram image of another person which is not actually the person. 🤔 I sometimes tested the "people" in my dream, which appeared to be some kind of mannequins inside my dream :O not really the people I thought they were.

I've ALWAYS had incredibly vivid dreams n sometimes the same dream ALL night very bizarre n a lot of heaven/hrell odd stuff also 2ce had what felt like one literally heard my voice echo inside my headset very cool both times ..second time I felt myself push back into my body not out of fear but excitement....😊

I have one question: Does the Astral Plane exist only in the BRAIN or is it a place outside of our known universe??

There are “levels or planes” in each area of the Astral. The lower levels are divided by vibration, with a “barrier” between levels, as are all a levels of the Astral. To change levels, you have to awaken to the reality of where you are, and raise your awareness, perception ,knowing you are in the Astral. Then through consciousness,raise your awareness, go through the barrier into the next level.The same applies to each level, the same is done in the higher levels on mental and etheric. Safe journeys 🙏🦋

Subconscious= lower astral realm
Upper conscious=higger astral realm

Normal unconscious/conscious meditative form=purgatory realm the grey area where negative and positive emotions and memories formes
(The normal neutral dream world)
The purgatory realm is often chaotic sometimes neutral and is connected to buried emotions thoughts of the unconscious mind
Some people will see dark warped world symbols figures areas that have meaning ın life but is not faced like failures guilt fears once they have conquerd their emotions will change into positive then the world they see will change too a bright world with bright mental symbols or mental entities.....

After I experienced astral projection about 4 days ago. All I can think about while I'm at work, is going home so I can go back again. Pretty sure my girlfriend thinks I'm crazy.

I always have to laugh when you see people saying "we can see parts of the brain lighting up when they think they're having a metaphysical experience so that means it's coming from the brain" That's like saying "I can detect voltages in a radio circuit so therefore the music must be coming from the radio itself"

In your recent video that you just posted, you mentioned that astral projection is supposed to be natural for us like birds flying or babies learning how to walk and that it doesn't require thinking because thinking is pointless. Well I've had a few minor astral projection experiences and all of which were accidental, but when you said that it really opened my eyes to my last AP experience. Just recently I almost completely shifted out of my body as I was going through the paralysis stage and the loud engine like noise in my head. As soon as it stopped I was able to easily move my astral body out of bed but I panicked a little and forcefully woke up lol. The whole was accidental but I just let it happen anyway.

My only question is what part of the astral plane do we experience while we are dreaming? Is it alternate realities? Please I'd love some insight on this

I reckon I have touched the astral twice and I'd say you can tell because the experience is hyperreal. Details are much more noticeable and everything is widely expanded. Once you experience it you never forget it and you can clearly tell the difference between this reality and THAT reality. It quite literally is more real.

So I actively Astral project almost every day, yet when I sleep I don't dream, or don't remember. Is that good or bad, no wait I mean what does that imply.

Just a question for anyone to answer. What if you don't seem to have dreams? I've been doing mindfulness/ meditation(or what I think is meditation) for about half a year now and it's definitely helped with my anger issues, self understanding, but the no dream thing has been going on for years, honestly as long as I remember. Now I do believe I'm going somewhere,(because of other experiences) but I just can never seen to remember. I know something's happening when I go to sleep, because there have been at least few times I woke up and knew I was dreaming but I can't remember it and it's like it dissolves as I try to. But that's it literally 3 times I can remember dreaming out of 6 months. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thank you for having this platform/content, it's really great to see genuine effort go behind it.

Is it possible to project without feeling vibrations?
Let's say you failed a projection attempt and fall asleep but next thing or 1st thing you notice is that your floating or gliding around? I've had some crazy what some might say are dreams but they feel like I'm out of body with full awareness. One time I wondered into a random house. As I was gliding up the stairs I heard a dog start growling on the hallway. I instantly thought omg dogs can sense. I stop halfway up the stairs and the dog starts getting more unsettled and starts barking. I'm now thinking what do I do as I hear a woman voice telling the dog to be quiet. The woman came from the bedroom opposite where I am. She gets out of bed and looks over the bannister straight at me. She looked right at me as if she was looking through me. I began to panic thinking I'd been caught. Next thing I know I'm awake again. I always ponder on the meanings and this one feels like don't breach peoples private space without consent.

I don't get scared, I get excited and I always fail. Maybe it's because I can't project purposefully and so when I find myself buzzing like crazy I know what that means and I awaken back into my body. Good times!
