01-Dynamo tutorial: Assigning parameter values to element parameter reading excel file

In this dynamo tutorial I am illustrating how to transfer values from excel file and assign them to element type parameters or any other parameter using a dynamo script. I have used out of box nodes for this script and there is no need to have any dynamo packages installed. Basically the script includes three parts: the first one, it collects elements (in example case, walls), the second part, imports data from excel sheet, filters, and splits in to two different list (in example case, two column of values), and finally the last part attributes splitted values to collected elements.
Using dynamo scripts could save time avoiding tedious tasks and give accurate results when it comes to managing data. In the Building Information Modeling (BIM), managing data unerringly is fundamental and tools such as Dynamo has been a helpful plugin to fulfill that goal.
