If a person takes the stand and accuses another of a crime or wrong doing, and they give their confess before the jury. Than confession is nothing more than an rumored accusation, unless that confession supplies a lead that actually provides physical evidence that the accusation is true, else the accusation is nothing more than a rumor.

So far in this case the only accusation that may appear to be true, is that Pdiddy had a freaky sex life, and a domestic dispute that lead to an assault.

And yet his is being charged with multiple criminal offenses based on rumors without physical evidence to support the claims. There is no law against a person having a wild sex life.
He could be charged for domestic abuse, true.
But if he is a sex-trafficker simply because he paid someone that lived out of state to perform a sex act, then would it not make every porn film producer, hollywood producers, and a ton of internet porn sites sex-traffickers too?
Because I seriously doubt that all porn actors, models and escort services all reside inside of one single state.

I don't see the physical evidence, and so far seems like nobody else has seen it either, based on the evidence provided. They all want him to pay, and so, they need to make a case that seems more worst than the other.

The prosecution is losing this case because all of the witnesses including Cassie, Jane and others were willing participants and dated other people. Had sex privately with the same prostitutes they hired for sex. And some witnesses appear to be not be believable. Jane’s testimony has hurt the prosecution’s case thus far. They want a reason to get a favorable conviction. Get rid of a black juror who might appear to favor an acquittal. They can’t read him. So get him off the jury. The judge may have biases and the prosecution. They want a conviction.
