I'm no expert by any imagination, but I wouldn't have predicted any of these placements on the tier list. The ones I feel are weak were ranked high and the ones I thought were strong were ranked low. hmm

As an Orisa main, whatever y'all are smoking i need some. Surge is B tier AT BEST. You put it higher than flux and grav? "It's great against immobile targets" yeah so is almost everything else. And most heros have a way to escape, or hell Sombra can shut that shit down with a hack, sure flux can as well, but at least sig can fly outta range, Risa is a sitting duck.

JQs ult is not deserving at all of an S considering one button will counter all effects immediately, Pharahs is by far the worst ult in the DMG category if not the game, tree you can get 3 times a round, Mei’s only good if you get the tank, Rams best ult for tank.

Terra surge is ass cuz ur vulnerable, and ppl can escape in time, and you can get killed easily while using it

Moira's coalescent are much better for stabilizing your team, which with good aim and dash can also be used for breaking the enemy line and/or canceling enemy's ult, enough for the team to get a chance to survive and win. If you're prioritizing the ult for kills/damage, you most likely will fail after the ult is over without a single kill

Your rating should add the ultimate required cost, lifeweaver cost very low. And can using in long-range map to defend sniper or long-range shooter

Shatter should be bottom of A, not top of it and Doom ult gives you a charged punch, which i'd say, on top of the cooldown reduction, is around whole hog strength

Orisa ult S because of basically immobile targets… yea so like 3 maybe 4 heros unless 98% of the roster is on cooldown and also if 98% of the roster dosent see the Orisa overextending using all her abilities to get close. 😂.

Dps list, I think molten core is B and sym wall is high A low S

Tank list is fine, except terra surge in S is a bit generous, id say high B

Support list is fine too but tree in D is a bit harsh, id say high C, and Id say rally is A

That pharah take is horrible. Pharah ult: “if you hit one shot you can trade your life with enemy tank”…. Think about what you just said. Dva = matrix/booster. Sigma = shield, suck. Ball = he’s literally never standing still. Doom = punch away/block/leap. Winston = bubble, leap, also not standing still. Orisa = fortify, javelin stun. Rein = backs up with shield and maybe your team gets him from behind. Do I need to even continue?

Im not sure if lifeweaver's tree deserves to be that low. Yeah its no kirko ult. But it can allow your team to take the objective and win the team fight. Ive almost never lost a team fight when my tree is out
