The game is called “Sey”. All you really do is grab a 2-5 (not limited to) people and just kick it around to each other. It’s crazy fun and I’ve been doing it since i was a kid.

Mixture may most likely be sweet and sour “sauce” that has garlic, chili peppers, vinegar or lime, fish sauce, sugar, and water. Shallots can be used sometimes.

Cool video. Cambodians traditionally eat with their hands. Chopsticks are a Chinese cultural import, but, after hands, the spoon and fork are the most popular utensils (like Thailand).
