Is there such a thing for Chopin? I don't know, but I would be very happy if such a study is done for all Chopin's solo piano works (from the recordings of the best possible pianists according to their musical form). Thank you.

Au lac de Wallenstadt is sheer beauty, transcending music. Liszt was THE master all right.

I think Liszt is the most sentimental artist , even more than Chopin.

I wonder what happened to composers, it seems as if there are no composers left in this world who can create such big impacts to future generations..

I put this and Chopin up to my pregnant belly every night and my little girl just loves it! Like mother, like daughter! 🥰

What really surprise me reading all the comments the people left in this page it's the fact that most of them in good faith assumed that Liszt himself it's the interpreter of his magnificent music. Unfortunately he passed away in 1886. Totally agree in the high quality of the pianist, I ignore who is the artist but considering the perfection of his technique could be Mr. Claudio Arrau I'm just guessing.

there's a reason why these people back in the 17th-18th into the early 19th century were called masters of this craft, or field of art-the masterpieces they came up with that whatever inspired them to write these compositions became timeless classics!!!

Yes indeed!! :-) He was the best ever and we have not seen anyone like him since..!! He was the most amazing pianist and person. Wagner stole his daugther and he still gave him money for his symfonies because of the music. THAT IS A DETICATED MAN.!!
