Play mudragon. Quem send exclessia - summon hugin then summon exclessia then tag out into golden. Golden and hugin make mudragon. Mudragon and quem make Albion. Albion fuse into gran using quem and mudragon In grave. Grand send saronir when sends Albion and you chain banish golden to summon ecclessia from grave. Use Albion as tribute for lubellion and activate regained. Albion sets beast in end phase. From there make zombie vampire to mill 4 and or summon a monster. Then you can do runick stuff or more synchros

Thank you for picking up golden swordsoul. I've been repping this card forever now, it's just clearly better with ecclesia. Now the real bespoke method is to play 3 eccelsia because it's straight up 2 tuners by itself using golden swordsoul. If you take it even further you can play emergence and swordsoul abyss because that also has runick synergy.

Try with MoYe , after u summon coral, ecclisia sp moye then 10 synchro = draw 2 🤣 , somehow brickable but if u lucky have golden in hand u have free lvl 8 synchro , and if u run grandmaster u can add golden for protection in battle phase 😅

i hope this deck stays viable and potent thru this format coming up.. seems super fun and interactive

Duality is so good as a way to dodge targeting that it’s kind of nuts. Also recycling fusions. I can’t imagine cutting it entirely. I would want to cut it two though because seeing multiple is awful and you don’t always need the copy.

What would you say are your thoughts on some number of Tuning with Assault/Stardust Synchron. Assault has interesting synergy with Lubellion tributing Dispater and such, and Stardust is another level 4 tuner that can be 2 tuners, albeit not as high value as Quem or Ecclesia since you do need fodder for the re-summon. Tuning milling a Runick spell can also feel pretty nice.

The new icebarrier cards coming out have also insane synergy with runick

Cartesia is better than Eclesia only in MD bc of maxx C.. So end with Hugin+Cartesia is enough, Cartesia alone can be 2 interuption with Granguignol and Luluwalilith..

I think fallen of albaz im surprised he hasnt tried out. Mirror hade + titanklad is all you need in the extra deck. Sprind if you have 3 spots. albaz is also never really a brick. Since u can discard to use with quem later or just normal summon to board break or special summon off ecclesia

I think 3 Ecclesia and dropping duality is marginally better. That allows you to drop the level 2 monster in the extra deck which solely exists for duality. Then you can add in the 1 copy of Cartesia and Granguignol. Cartesia represents targeting protection in of herself in addition to being a tuner and Granguignol can tag out into another Quem even while in the GY. Feels like a no-brainer. I think running Luluwalilith is also good because she's another negate, monster pump, and tags out into Ecclesia, Cartesia, and Quem during the EP while in GY.

I builded 1 runic bystial use chaos space and 1terraforming, it speed up much, at least I put 1 barricade blocker in extra and use 1 branded regain and 3 bystial saronir, i add for more x2 runic dispelling and smittering storm, for more consistency, for me this the best fast up no brck combo for yet

for me this deck is so much better than previous one. it dominates masterduel ranked despite fountain being limited

Im a big fan of fenrir to enable some normal summon ash type stuff

I just love duality being played more and getting recognition.
It's a really fun tech card.

I wanted to play this in MD so much, but with just a single fountain... it's not worth it. T.T

I have been playing this deck on MD for the last 3 days and it has been extremely fun. Sure fountain is at 1, but it’s still pretty nuts and not many people can banish the fountain. It’s very consistent deck

Incredible Eccleisia is also nice in builds that run Albaz or Iris as targets. And Runick has easy ways of triggering Iris(or baiting out targeted negates) to special it from hand if necessary so it's probably less bricky there than in other builds. Iris could also be a neat Duality target if you want to run level 8 Dark Spellcasters(usually Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon).

And Golden is just funny. People expect that to come out to negate an attack about as often as they expect Gorz, which is never these days. You usually aren't bringing it out that way but it's nice to keep in mind.

I feel Iris Swordsoul would be really nice here, easy summon in Runick, Duality flip into Dragoon, 3 interruptions and a level 8 for easy Synchro 12 access.

Since you play duality at 3 already, if you add granguignol for carthesia you get access to dragoon if you have enough space in the extra deck. This would at least need garura, granguignol and dragoon tho

I see the changes from Cartesia to Ecclesia and the sworsoul thing as quite good. Do you think it would be a good idea to implement them in MD? or is it the same reasoning as: Cartesia is better around Maxx c

a more budget friendly runick version that has similar playstyle to bystial is runick ghoti and its really unexplored

Isn't there a potential line where you have regained out and go into Omega for the hand rip, Dis Pater reset Omega, rip another card from their hand, then regained to return Omega to the extra, draw 1, and now you've hand looped for 2? Is that worth I wonder?

it honestly felt like any hand that bricked or was suboptimal had a duality in there somewhere so i can completely see cutting it for more ecclesias. The extra deck slot is also nice

Posted this on one of galzo's videos, but also wanted your thoughts on this. Have you considered running 2-3 Shinobi Necro instead of Duality, or more copies of Ecclesia? It's a level 2 tuner that summons itself when it's banished from the grave. Here's a few interesting ways it can be used:
- Free discard for Hugin.
- Free banish fodder for Bystials
- Can synchro 8/10 with Bystials / Lubellion
- Can normal summon it if you have no Quem
- Can make herald with Hugin, guaranteeing (mostly) that fountain resolves
- Assuming Hugin + a "non-optimal" normal summon, like Aluber, can do the following: Link into Spright Sprind. Dump Shinobi Necro. Summon Bystial by banishing Shinobi Necro, and bring it back. IF you have lubellion access, synchro that + shinobi to make Dis Pater and bring back shinobi necro, otherwise leave the Bystial on board. Make gigantic with sprind + shinobi necro. Summon another necro from deck, or soul scissors (Can either use 2 necro + 1 soul scissors, or 3 necro). Make I:P / S:P with summoned level 2 and gigantic. End board: Bystial / Dis Pater, I:P / S:P, 2 cards in grave for follow up (Soul Scissors + Necro, or 2x Necro). Takes up quite a few extra decks slots though.
- Note that if you have 2 Necro in the grave like above, you can summon one on the opponents turn, then another on your turn to trigger the first effect of it to draw 1 + discard 1.

I hate to play against runick more than any other deck, but every time i deckbuild with runick it just looks so fun.
Plunder, spright, spright with evil twin, spright with fur hire, bystial Runick, ...

Except for maybe darkworld i have never seen a deck that is so much more fun to play than to play against.

what is so bad about 42 cards main? I mean you can go into the calculator online it maybe just drops 1% of your consistency it‘s like nothing imo
