This is such a peaceful, tranquil and dignified scene. But I have to wonder if they have the manners and wherewithal to not urinate and defecate in the water.

Looks nice, and shared by multiple troops, but the hierarchy never goes away.

Only the alphas, their mates, offspring and companions are allowed to enjoy the warmth of the hot springs. Everyone else gets to wait in the snow for the elites bathtime to be over.

All they need to do is approach the hot spring and they risk getting bitten. It's simply not for them.

But yeah, let's all romanticize their brutal, uncompromising society just because the alphas are happy with what they have.

That wasn't very bright of her to get into the monkey's hot spring. C'mon, lady!! You could be infected with a bacteria (or virus) carried by their feces. I think there's a park rule that says you can't get into the monkeys' pool, full stop. 🐒🐒🐵🐵🇬🇧🇯🇵
