Fantastic recipe, I used an icing gun and bunch of cheap frozen chicken breasts with 4 eggs. My blender overheated during the mulch - long fibers got trapped on the spinner. Don't have a food processor so I'll try the hand blender next. It took me an hour to make first time, and made a huge mess but I made about double size and the icing gun was leaking, but I got noodle-like pieces. Very filling and delicious meal. Added some ham chunks, garlic salt, pepper and mustard. Thank you. Now I don't have to eat burgers every day, and I can feed it to my gf who loves mac and cheese :)
ОтветитьI made this for dinner last night for my husband and myself and WOW! we loved it and had the rest for lunch today. Thank you for this amazing recipe!
ОтветитьYummy...I'm going to make this for the holidays. Praying I can pull it off like you did. Yummy!!
ОтветитьThank you…
ОтветитьI love some of the absolutely decadent recipes you've come up with for carnivore. Not something I would eat daily. But damned good for the occasional treat
ОтветитьHow many carbs is in that?
ОтветитьThis looks good. In addition, I gained some pointers on how to make a béchamel sauce with cheese, which I plan to try with low carb shirataki spaghetti, made from the konjac root. Thanks so much.
Ответитьwhy is it surprisingly delicious? is it supposed to taste bad?
ОтветитьVery nice ❤
ОтветитьJust wow! 👏👏
ОтветитьUnfortunately, where I am from, store bought pork rinds are fried in seed oil
ОтветитьWhat substitute can be used for pork rinds?
ОтветитьMade this several times, one of my favs. So creamy & the crunchy topping is great ❤
ОтветитьOMG YOU ARE THE MOTHER FUDGING GOAT
ОтветитьSo I have made this recipe 3 times each time a little different. I prefer to do this with pork, not a big fan of chicken. Also I had about a tbsp. Of cottage cheese Leftover from another recipe and I tossed that in and it was a little more fluffy. We both liked that.
ОтветитьWhite pepper has significantly less oxalates than black pepper...
ОтветитьLooks so good
ОтветитьSeems like pork rind pasta should exist in a store.
ОтветитьLooks like it might be good, will have to give it a try.
ОтветитьThis is SO DELICIOUS! Second time around to make this dish, that my son specifically requested!! thank you I appreciate all of your recipes
ОтветитьI am a retired private chef, and I can't wait to try this recipe. Thank you for sharing it. I am new to the carnivore way of eating waiting to have blood work done before I start.
ОтветитьI added a little bit of melted butter to the chicken smoothie. Helped to firm up better in the fridge. Pipped in an icing bag and used scissors to cut them. Was less messy.
Thank you for your recipes
Yup made this yesterday and ate leftovers today. Delicious!
Ответить@CarnivorousChef --- Can elbow noodle shape be used or just these dumplings?
Maybe ziti, penne, or rigatoni?
I made this tonight for dinner for my boyfriend and I. While we've never made it before, I just happened to watch the video couple days ago and last night when I was at the store there was ground pork on the markdown rack! I bought it and thought that would probably work just as well as ground chicken. It turned out deliciously! Oh, and because we like spicy stuff, I used the Mac's brand ghost pepper jack flavored chicharrones/pork rinds for the topping and also added some ground jalapeno powder into the cheese sauce. All-in-all, delish!! Oh, and just to make it easier, when I put water in my pot for the double boiler, I just added extra water, so once my cheese sauce was done, I took it off, added salt to the water in the pot and then used it to cook my meat in, rather than getting out of separate pan. Worked great. Thanks for the recipes!
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьAwesomeness!!
Ответитьwow, this was fascinating to watch... would never have thought in a million years to do something like this. I'm going to have to try it ;)
ОтветитьI'm really enjoying your creative videos and esp how short and sweet and to the point they are. I like crunch stuff, I wonder how it would turn out if you friend the "noodles" instead of boiling them. This looks like a great idea for when boredom sets in!! I will be trying this!
ОтветитьHi. Just made this. Turned out great. Plus I discovered ground chicken, and how to make cute little chicken balls. Thanks!!
ОтветитьMy mind is blown
ОтветитьMade it last night. Promising, but not cheesy enough, even with adding an extra ounce of cheese. I'm thinking a 1:1 ratio of cheese to cream might be right. The chicken gnocchi were great, but my plastic bag had a tucked in kind of corner, so it made two holes when I snipped it. Chicken goop everywhere. Still traumatized.
ОтветитьI’ve thought about using gristle as the “mac” but the problem is where to even buy a bunch of it?
ОтветитьYummy
ОтветитьDo a fried version in lard and tell me how it came out
ОтветитьExcellent!
ОтветитьAbsolutely loved it ❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьYum!!!!!!❤❤❤❤ I wonder how those “noodles” would freeze? Thank you for sharing the yumminess. 💕🥰💕
ОтветитьOk.....this looks damn good
ОтветитьThis looks amazing. Definitely doing this recipe.
Ответитьexcellent; easy do s and u have terrific voice
Ответитьnice
ОтветитьOh... I want to eat that so badly...
ОтветитьJust subscribed, thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьFor those of us who don't have a food processor the best way that I had from grinding down pork rinds is to put them in a plastic bag put them on the floor take a heavy pan if you have a cast iron skillet that's the best and just smash that bag .....that works
ОтветитьGnocchi dough is made with wheat flour isnt it?
ОтветитьOuch... people couldn't figure out how to make pork rinds into crumbled pork rinds?
ОтветитьYum yum yum
ОтветитьCould you use this mix for chicken and dumplings too?
ОтветитьYes please!!!
